I am in charge to the maintenance department (equipment and facility) with 63 injection molding machine from 60 to 1020Ton, assembly lines, clean room ISO 8 and building.
Between my activities are: Maintenance activities planification for equipment and facility, assure the PM program, budget managed, KPIs following, perform new installations, selecting new equipment, transferring production lines, cost reduction projects and equipment inventory.
Posicion: Molding Engineer Sr.
I was in charge to the Molding Engineering Projects like new product implementation, Equipment and process transferring (Machines and molds), Engineering changes, Cost reduction, Quick change over and improving equipment or process efficiency. Following the validation protocols (PVP, TMV, PDR, IQ, OQ, PQ).
