I am a woman that always looking for new challenges. I have 1 year of experience as a Recruiter in a Software enterprise, my job is to find and interview different profiles in the IT area. I conducted interviews in English with candidates from all around the world.
I have 2 years of experience in the Human Resources area in an NGEO called AIESEC, I was the leader of the Talanet management area, where I efficiently conducted two recruitment campaigns and found several profiles for different areas. I elaborated questionaries to measure the Net promoter score inside the organization and the working environment. I created different strategies to improve the motivation among the members of the organization and created a rewards and recognition campaign. Also, I was part of the National support team at AIESEC in Mexico and AIESEC in El Salvador.
I am used to work in teams, I like to learn from others and always hear different ways of thinking. I am looking for a challenge to keep growing professionally and as a person.
I graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua as an expert in communication with a specialty in Organizational Communication with an average of 9.5. During my career, I actively participated in different activities, I open a group for students in communication kept growing and I was part of AIESEC (International NGO)
During my 3 years of high school, I took advanced English classes, 10 hours of English per week, which allowed me to have a high level at the moment that I graduated.
