I am an industrial designer originally from and currently residing in Monterrey, Nuevo León. I enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and am enthusiastic about solving problems through design, thereby satisfying the needs of my clients.

Product Development Project Manager with 9+ years of experience leading packaging and artwork development projects for global consumer and retail brands. Throughout my career, I have coordinated cross-functional teams, design, operations, marketing, and suppliers - managing hundreds of SKUs simultaneously while ensuring on-time delivery aligned with launch calendars. I have worked at organizations such as First Brands Group, Zebra Pen, and FORM, where I was responsible for artwork approval workflows, version control, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.

I combine strategic vision with operational execution, leveraging tools like Monday.com, D365 and Excel to maintain visibility and control in fast-paced, agile work environments.

I hold a strong academic background that blends project management and industrial design. I earned a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Europea de Monterrey, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Universidad del Valle de México, complemented by a certification from the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti. Additionally, I have completed diplomas in Middle Management, Innovation & Process Reengineering, and Effective Negotiation through CAINTRA, further strengthening my leadership and business management skills.
