Main goals in this position:

• Supported the organization during the transition from local to global management, designing and implementing strategies to improve communication between the sites and global buyers, increasing the efficiency of the processes and reducing the time to generate results.
• Updated the prices in the ERP system (SAP Athena, JDEdwards or iShift depending on the industrial site) according to the negotiations made with the suppliers, optimizing the material requisition process for packaging, raw materials and maintenance categories, reducing the time needed to purchase relevant materials for new launches, as well as reducing the reports due to errors in purchase orders.
• Created databases of relevant information for global procurement team, facilitating global buyers' decision making when negotiating prices and reducing response time to individual center needs.
• Created and managed the knowledge transfer plan for the position to a BPO. This plan consisted of training materials, daily training sessions at each site for a month and a half, follow-up sessions, and integration meetings with the local team, resulting in a successful integration of the new team at each site in less time than originally planned.
• Selected as a key user in the Procurement department to implement iShift in the US, taking advantage of my ease of learning, involvement in process details, and ability to effectively transfer knowledge to work teams.

• Trained independent pharmacy staff in areas such as proper dispensing and storage of OTC and controlled drugs, growth strategies, customer loyalty programs, etc., and observed an increase in the number of pharmacies interested in this program in the territory worked.
