Control & Logistics Sr Leader developing the following activities: o Responsible for the materials receipt area (reducing from 15 receipt errors to 1 per month). o Responsible for the shipping area (reducing from 9 errors to 1 per month). o Responsible for the inventory area (increasing inventory accuracy from 77% to 98%). o Responsible for the supply of materials to production lines (Reduction of line stoppages from 2196 hours to 24 hours per month) o To ensure the correct following of KPIs and PDCA. o Reduction of scrap from $40,000.00 MXN per month to $2,500.00 MXN per month. o To ensure correct shift change between different shifts (supervisor routine implementation). o Realization and implementation of 5's. o Business case for the purchase of forklifts with a savings of $13,000.00 USD per year. o Analysis and realization of the layout for the organization of components and pallets within the internal and external warehouse. o Warehouse change in 4 days, without stopping production and logistics operations, moving 40 containers. o Inventory reduction from 1700 pallets to 1200 pallets in the external warehouse. o 100% FIFO respect in the chemical warehouse. o Savings of $60,000.00 USD in the first four months of 2024 (space reduction, head count reduction & reduction of transportation between internal and external warehousing). o Ensure the implementation and monitoring of procedures and work instructions for compliance with CTPAT, IATF & ISO 9001.
Control & Logistics Coordinator developing the following activities: o Responsible for the materials receipt area (reducing from 30 receipt errors to 2 per month). o Responsible for the shipping area (reducing from 15 errors to 0 per month). o Responsible for the inventory area (increasing inventory reliability from 75% to 95%). o Responsible for the spare parts area (Reduction of PIR quality claims from 5 to 0 per month) o Responsible for the supply of materials to production lines (Reduction of line stoppages from 6 hours to 2 per day) o Responsible for the supply of packaging to production lines (Reduction of line stoppages from 4 hours to 1 per day) o To ensure the correct following of the SES system. o To ensure correct shift change between different shifts (supervisor routine implementation). o Monitoring of the alert system due to lack of material or low inventories. o Monitoring of FIFO in receiving and shipping areas. o To ensure the correct following to forklift maintenance.
