• Conduct and assess annual employee reviews and middle year goals evaluations to implement continues improvement and development career plan.
• Lead the day-to-day operation and monitoring services. Effectively manage backups, restores, data center, events, incidents, problems and scalations.
• Drive the disaster recovery tests to ensure the accessibility, integrity, and efficient operation of IT network systems and critical apps.
• Conduct meetings with apps owners, network, virtualization, servers, storage, databases, and cybersecurity teams to ensure the creation of DR plans. 
• Manage the support of incidents, service requests, and changes. Supervise the creation of all documentation.
• Infrastructure project management and architecture design collaboration.
• Manage and build relationships with vendors and strategic alliances to meet present and future needs. Purchasing and contract services.
• Supervise the root cause analysis of problems and develop resolution plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to proactively identify Issues as they arise and conduct retrospective analysis on large-scale issues.
