Generated $35k in annual savings and significantly reduced lead times by implementing the in-house Tig Welding process for mold and tool repair.

Responsible of programming machining center with camworks, to make plastic injection Prototype molds, give maintenance of cold and hot runners system. Supporting engineering department with manufacture of engineering samples for current production and new products. I implemented the work order system.

As a set up time reduction initiative, I developed a SMED system for an equipment of mold repairs (EDM sinker), start up the system and impact was positive in set up time.

Leading the transfer of CNC equipment from Salem, Indiana US. With the direct responsibility of knowing the equipment in order to train the final users on the Juarez plant Preparation of written material for the training of operators which includes the production manual and machine operation selection, tooling, tools and instruments for inspection. I was the person on charge of create production program for the equipment, once the equipment was program I developed the maintenance program on daily bases including equipment tooling.

I worked directly with the different departments as Quality, Production, and Manufacturing. As a special project I designed and tested some devices to improve product quality.
