Passionate about the changing and improvement process, I have more than 5 years of experience in this area. I have the opportunity to create, rebuild, and improve processes in different departments: Sales, Ops, Logistics, H&S, Quality, and HR to industries such as Facilities Services, Logistics- Last Mile, and IT.

Experience as Team Lead, Data Analyst, Project Manager, working with KPIs, Risk Analysis, Strategy, collaborated and leadership projects with local and global Teams.

One of my favorite projects was designing an app for Sodexo using Airtable to manage and control maintenance tasks.

Its benefits were: automatically defined priority, choosing or changing suppliers, uploading proof of completed jobs, and asking for payment service to the finance department when work was done.

My personal goal is always to offer 3 things: make tasks or processes fast, easy to complete, and get reliable information to measure and improve.

• Member of the innovation LATAM team. Responsible for improving the process of the Command Center. 
• Identified issues on facilities, negotiated with clients, and implemented changes. I was responsible for 300 branches and 11 buildings of Citibanamex. 
• Created reports, and identified issues, risks, and tendencies, and predicted future operational issues
• Team Leader on natural disasters, created protocols on emergencies, SLA for attention, and teaching Ops Team.

Process Analyst |April 2018-March 2019

• I designed and implemented a Service Desk using Airtable, structuring the project in phases. For the Operations area, it facilitated tracking requests including the initiation of user complaints and user communication, as well as managing completed tasks and payments from providers, for the Finance and Sales departments, it encompassed documentation of provided services and oversight of collections from end clients.
• Documentation of use to Service Desk, training Operations, suppliers, Sales, and Finance Team about use.
