Develop process and procedures for planning area.
Analyze customer demand and coverage of all materials demand, Review and maintain supplier forecasts on a weekly basis; maintain cums.
Interprets inventory requests, production Schedules, purchase requisition, material coverage, Point analysis of reordering against demand
Responsible for the related Stock health, defining solutions for obsolete, slow moving and rejected stocks.
Monthly Analysis of plant capabilities, according to customer´s demand, tooling, machinery
Building short term (0-5 weeks) production plan (work orders). Identify medium term bottlenecks, balancing demand and production capacity.
Schedule subassembly and subcontract material procurement while providing support through expediting efforts
Keep control of overproduction to write off excess inventory
Update line of balance reports for past due components to that schedule can be communitcated to internal and external customer
Monitoring daily output versus plan and updating inventory position
Coordinate material handling (Reception, Validation, delivery, Raw material inventory)
Evaluate raw material replenishment to ensure production coverage using reports to monitor adherence to schedules
Supports the coordination and communication of daily production build requirements to satisfy customer demand and maintain inventory targets.
Engage with customer service to coordinate on time deliveries according to the needs of our client( recovery plan, shipping plan)
