ELDER PEOPLE ASSISTANT BED PROTOTYPE
Prototype of an electrical-driven bed which allowselder people to get up from this bed withoutthird-person assistance.
Activities carried out
- Convert customer requirements into drawings and technical details.
- Complete creation of 3D prototypeproposal according to manufacturing processes and standard parts.
- Development of mechanical solution (mechanical equipment, trajectory, sequence and velocityof the movements).
- Assist production team on shop floor, providing technical knowledge and modifying drawings.
- Calculation and design of the gearbox (inputvelocity of the electric motorsvs output velocityof the mechanism).
AUTOMATION, PNEUMATICS AND CNC LABORATORIES

Pneumatic/hydraulic: Complete development of pneumatic circuits (
Actual setting and testing at laboratory, pneumatic diagram, bill of materials,
equipment specifications) and hands-on approach to hydraulic components and basic circuits.
- Automation: Basic projects (control diagram creation, sensors selection and actual laboratory testing).
-CNC (milling): Part programing, simulation, defining process’ parameters and actual aluminum parts machining.
