• Convert customer requirements into drawings and technical details.
• Complete creation of 3D prototypeproposal according to manufacturing processes and standard parts.
• Development of mechanical solution (mechanical equipment, trajectory, sequence and velocityof the movements).
• Assist production team on shop floor, providing technical knowledge and modifying drawings.
• Calculation and design of the gearbox (inputvelocity of the electric motorsvs output velocityof the mechanism).

AUTOMATION, PNEUMATICS AND CNC LABORATORIES

• Automation: Basic projects (control diagram creation, sensors selection and actual laboratory testing).

-CNC (milling): Part programing, simulation, defining process’ parameters and actual aluminum parts machining.
