My name is Ilse Calderon and I am a safety leader in WAMC (Weitz-Abitat Mission Critical) I coordinate and provide appropriate risk management to groups of almost 40 subcontractors, teams works and co-workers, I enjoy to use my abilities to contribute to give feedback people to take personal responsibility for safety by guidance to site groups, included middle and front-line management, also workers directly when is necessary, to set linked to clear goals. I graduated from Universidad Aútónoma del Estado de México as a teacher and I´m currently studying Industrial Engineering & Administration in UNITEC. When I was in UAEMex I earned by my academic performance and my habilities of leadership a scolarship to study English in Ohio.
