Additionally, I've excelled in functional testing, maintaining performance stability amidst changes and interpreting graphical data proficiently.
My contributions extend to supporting 5S implementation, organizing detailed control plans, and standardizing parameters for optimized testing procedures. I've also played a key role in Kappa studies, updating FMEA, and training staff to identify new failure modes. Furthermore, I've managed purchase orders in SAP & ORACLE, engaged with customers, and provided effective support while managing quotes and open cases.
Additionally, I've actively contributed to continuous improvement projects, developing checklists for process standardization and optimizing block processing. Lastly, my proficiency in Excel macros and CRM systems like Salesforce has significantly enhanced team productivity and facilitated efficient customer relationship management.
