Bilingual Service Desk Analyst/Web developer, dependable and organized team player with the ability to adapt in diverse work environments and communicate efficiently and effectively.
Daily responsibilities consisted of Providing technical support to users trough the ticketing system including computer setup/troubleshoot, group policy, and account administration on Active Directory(Computers and Users). •Resolving Problems by consulting the Knowledge base; troubleshooting hardware, company applications, printer maintenance, and network troubleshooting by guiding the client through descriptive steps; escalating problems to the appropriate escalation team; tracking status of backlog to obtain problem solution.
6 month intensive coding bootcamp; Comprehensive understanding of web design, web development, database management, testing, and documentation of a range of operating systems and programming languages.
