- Optimize capital structure and funding sources, including debt financing, grants, and impact investments to support growth initiatives.
- Oversee customer portfolio growth, loan recovery, and NPL (Non-Performing Loan) management strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to CBN regulations, AML/CFT policies, and financial reporting standards.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors, investors, and regulatory bodies to align business strategies with compliance requirements.
