My name is Javier Alejandro López, I am 24 years old, I consider myself a person willing to face new challenges and to provide the required assistance whenever requested, I have the enthusiasm to learn and to expand my capabilities, as well as to offer alternatives to different problems.
I have been working as a Real Time Analyst in the Workforce Management Department. As an RTA I had to master the data gathering using different tools and software that allows me to compilate results and forecast the upcoming needs of the operations team. I learned how to use different tool such as Excel and Power Bi to complete the requests from the client.
