Developed and updated of the traceability of all vehicle assembly line according to Nissan Engineering Standards such as GOS, 4M´s and CCP´s documents, standardizing assembly processes to meet design specifications.
- Implemented countermeasures to eliminated chronic problems in vehicles using root cause analysis tools and achieving scrap reduction, zero quality defects and increase efficiency of the assembly processes.
- Supervised the homologation of parts and implemented cost reduction ideas, to reduce process complexity in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team and generate a saving without affecting the quality of the vehicle.
- Attended internal and external audits resulting ISO 9001/14001/45001 recertification, strengthening the compliance of
Nissan's Administration System.
- Generated and managed the monthly BOM for indirect materials, standardizing actual versus forecasted consumption and optimizing the use and the cost.
- Participated in the decision of engineering changes, updating the necessary documentation and adjusting the processes for a successful adoption in the assembly line.
