I’m Joel Ramirez, Senior Data acquisition engineer and failure Analysis by EDAG Mexico, I was born in Minatitlan Veracruz on March 29 1990.
I’m married with Keren, we have 2 little princesses, they are Zabdy and Libny, of course, our daughters. I have founded my faith on Christianity religion, and my principles are based on the Holy Bible, the main reason to be founded on it is the next word:

As programming engineer, I was in charge to create sequences for industrial PLCs and automation process, I had to analyze a lot of client assembly process that they needed to automated.
Hirschmann brands, getting some certifications on BECKHOFF and
Hirschmann brands like specialist on automation and networks specialist. My greatest challenge on this company was to take my first international business travel, with the goal of get the TwinCat 3.1
and TwinSafe certification in Verl, Germany and there were other challenges like to improve communications skills and things like that.
At the end I got another opportunity to grown up in other company and I leave Integra Automation with the same goal, be better where
I am.
The passage through this company was short, but it was good. In this job position I was in charge of maintenance and calibration scheduling and I was responsible for sensors commissioning and
PLC’s sequences modifications. Sometimes I was supporting the technical point of view for purchases of new equipment and so on.
A challenge on this company was to enable a Water treatment plant that didn’t works correctly for 3 years, I was in charge for PLC commissioning and the plant works again. I leave the company to start in a job position that turned off all my interest on automation process and started my career again.
I’ve started my interest on automotive industry when I got this job position, it seems before I was involved on assembly process and it was nice, but in July 2016 I got my first touch with this industry in the development process. As Development Engineer I had responsibilities in measurement, test and validation areas, my main task it was the commissioning of hardware for testing cars, this was to support with reliable data the product releases. At the end I got this job position contract by a project that has ended on October
2018 and I leaved the company. In VWM I got experience running test on Proving Grounds and Climate chambers. These tests were focused complying with governments laws like FMVSS103, and so on.
After leaving VWM, I got other job position in EDAG Mexico, this is a company that offer services for a lot of automotive brands around the world. On behalf of VWM I took responsibilities in measurement area as well, to validate the performance of VW brand cars, in the same position I was in charge of data acquisition hardware, so I worked with VECTOR hardware and another brands like IMC, CSM,
Dewesoft and so on. I was in charge of commissioning and running test, furthermore I was in charge for signal analysis and to determinate the root cause of some issues in each sample car.
In this job position I was the support for some test drive to analyze the root cause for a lot of issues related with driving performance, each claim in these test drive shall be supported with data acquired on vector|imc|csm|dewesoft equipment.
Growing up on this career I got another job position by Stellantis Mexico,
where I was responsible for development and validation of automatics transmission in RAM Brand, I was in charge of validation for each modification on MY25 automatic transmissions. At the end it was a big challenge because I participate in a lot of multicultural meetings, where
I was following up issues and assembly process for testing. I was supporting for some PO’s and some test for that transmission.

This job position was able because Volkswagen needed a experienced guy in data logger area, so they was in touch with me and offer me to go back, In this job position I work by durability department on behalf of
Volkswagen of Mexico and I’m in charge of data acquisition equipment and support for test drive around the world. Maintenance and Updates for equipment are on my charge as well.
The first challenge on this job position it was to analyze and know how to migrate the old equipment for new technology based on evolution technology curve but is a good goal that I want to lead to get better results and to have a good performance on our department.
I’m in charge of programming and configure for dataloggers and for special instrumentation required by internal clients. This is about automotive ethernet instrumentation and thinks like that
I got my BCE degree on Instrumentation and Electronic on 2012 by
Universidad Veracruzana.
While I was in the University I had a lot of challenges, but that increased my mood and my knowledge about electronic sciences.
I participated on electronic congresses as an intern in the research department in this University. I took place on several researches focused on VLSI design, integrated circuits and bioelectronic topics.
The greatest challenge that I had was to participate on research about Sorting Networks and the state of art of VLSI deign, in this research I was in charge of simulation of computer algorithms that after these simulations would be implemented like an integrated circuits for image filtering, the main goal was to reduce the computing time when a noising image is processed.
I was graduated by a good GPA of 96 on May 2012 and I got my professional ID (7848903) by my alma mater, The University from
Veracruz, Mexico.
My interest about electronic science began when I was 13, because
I liked to know how Integrated circuits works, due this interest I chose to study in a High School with technical careers. While I was studying this electronic technical career I participated on a lot of knowledge competitions, focused on programming and physics topics, with these two mixed interests I got another interest for automation and robotics science and I enjoyed to work on programming sequences on microcontrollers and microchips to automate somethings in my house, I got another hobby. I got an interest on domotics topics. At the end I got a degree as electronic technician by CBTis 48 in
Acayucan, Veracruz Mexico with a GPA of 98.
