Human Resources Professional over 22 years of experience with solid expertise in global companies. As business partner has been providing coaching and guidance on Total Rewards matters including C&B package design, retention programs, benefits programs, performance management, C&B surveys, position valuation and benchmarking, design variable pay programs, people cost administration and wellbeing programs.
Ensures alignment of Total Rewards programs to Company philosophy, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with regulatory policies, governing laws, and principles. Participate in the implementation of global and local projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the compensation package with the strategic goals of the organization.
