• Project Management: Planning and tracking of product development projects from concept to production. Coordination with cross-functional teams (production, marketing, quality, etc.) to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Development and implementation of processes for the introduction of new products into the production line. Validation and verification of new products through testing and prototyping.

Using the APQP methodology

• SAP interface: Make changes in SAP such as add material, delete part numbers, create consumable quantity, add additional material percentage if needed.
• Process Optimization: Identification and analysis of areas for improvement in manufacturing processes. Implementation of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Problem Analysis and Troubleshooting: Diagnosis and resolution of technical and quality problems that arise during the product life cycle. Use of root cause analysis (RCA) tools and other troubleshooting techniques.

• Technical Documentation: Creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation, including product specifications, work instructions and user manuals. Ensuring that all documentation complies with industry regulations and standards.
• Testing and Validation: Design and execution of tests to verify product performance, reliability and safety. Analyzing test results and making adjustments to the design or process as needed.
