Architect with an inclination towards the area of design, technical drawing and architectural visualization. Motivated to achieve an aesthetic-technical balance in spaces, I have worked as a designer, draftsman, construction site manager and 3D artist. I have mainly participated in residential projects but also in retail, urbanism, restoration and furniture projects.

I have been mainly focused in residential and retail architectural design, the making of master plans and archviz. During 2023 i designed and managed the construction site for "Villas Nómada" hospitality accommodation project wich consisted of 3 duplex buildings; Furthermore i took part in the remodelation of an art workshop as well as some furniture fabrication and installation projects.

I worked as a jr. architect and then as a project manager in numerous residential, retail and urban projects, as well as in a couple of industrial warehouse projects. Later I was a construction site manager in the 8N holiday accommodation project. My duties also included preparations to equip and decorate properties for their launch within the Airnbnb app.

I contributed to the "Flor del Bosque" park remodeling project, I was a construction site manager in the Destrazas publishing house project, wich had an eco-sustainable approach that allowed me to discover new processes. Lastly i took part in the design of a languages school called Planet English.

Hired as a draftsman for the drawing of urbanism plans of the "Calle completa Forjadores - Reforma" Avenue mobility project.

I participated in the Puebla - Cholula Tourist Train project for which I drew deterioration and restoration plans, as well as interior and exterior renderings of the "section houses" as part of my college internship.

Architect - VANGUARDIA POBLANA - Puebla city, México

My tasks consisted in drawing the architectural and deterioration plans of the historic building located in 2 Norte #1604, wich now is the Hotel Rivadeneyra, to conform the folder of permits requested by the INAH.

I partook in the development of the "PlaZavaleta" shopping centre project, my duties consisted of drawing architectural plans, building a scale model and making finishing material proposals.
