B.Sc in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey

My professional experience includes working as a Research Intern at the Materials Laboratory at Tecnologico de Monterrey, where I conducted individual research on applying compliant mechanisms as solutions to complex mechanical systems. I then completed an internship at IXL Center as a Software Development Intern, where I worked directly in the creation of an automated digital consulting tool aimed towards small and medium businesses. I worked as a Technical Intern which ended in a fulltime job offer as a Product Support Analyst at Ellucian, where I provide software support to CRM products and their integrations with other services.
