Directly led a work team of 150 collaborators on average, helping cross-cuttingly with all areas of the State government.
I managed to implement technological platforms for the benefit of the citizen, streamlining processes, also generating adequate control of information. This accompanied by certification tools in maturity of processes and agile methodologies.
