Good morning, and thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Josué David Luna Sosa, and I am a Manufacturing Engineer based in Mexico with six years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry. I am currently working at EZO Tube Solutions, where I provide direct support to the production area to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.

In my current role, I support production teams by developing and providing the necessary tools, as well as delivering training according to operational needs. A key part of my experience includes training new personnel in the operation and management of a new CNC machine, helping ensure a smooth implementation and proper use of new technology on the production floor.

I consider communication one of my strongest skills. I am bilingual in Spanish and English, which allows me to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear support to both internal teams and customers. In addition, I have strong customer support skills, always focusing on understanding needs, solving problems efficiently, and maintaining professional relationships.

I am a proactive professional who enjoys working closely with production teams, improving processes, and contributing to continuous improvement. I take pride in being adaptable, organized, and committed to supporting operational success.

I am very interested in this opportunity because it aligns well with my background in manufacturing engineering and my desire to continue growing professionally while adding value to the organization.
