I started as an intern at NTT DATA, working as a Java developer with Spring Boot, before updated an old inventory system using .NET and Entity Framework. At TELEFONICA Colombia, I provided help desk support with JIRA and Oracle Identity Manager, developed connectors for Oracle Identity Manager, and managed databases. Later, at TELCEL, I focused on traceability and enterprise architecture using TOGAF tools.

I also worked in network support and internet customer service at Servicios Tecnológicos de Aguascalientes. Currently, I am working for Techknowledge Solutions, a company that provides administrative services, where I am in charge of IT systems. Additionally, I develop websites for the company and handle various other tasks.
