Plastic industry. Led new Injection-molded products launch from customer requirements through production readiness. Coordinated cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics and Tooling. Managed BOM creation, raw material definition and engineering changes.

Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Engineer at GKN Automotive (2018-05 – 2022-12)

Metalworking industry. Led manufacturing process development during Design & Development (D&D) phases C and D in accordance with GKN standards. Managed new programs for Mazda, Ford, GM, Rivian, Stellantis, Tesla, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz developing production process from design through industrialization.

Led manufacturing line transfer projects, developed PFMEAs and delivered the required PPAP documentation. Optimized manufacturing processes using continuous improvement and structured problem-solving methodologies, including 5 Whys, A3 and Ishikawa analysis. Coordinated deliverables and process handovers to production.

• Delivered USD 400,000 in annual manufacturing cost savings through continuous improvement initiatives in the interconnecting shaft manufacturing area.
• Delivered USD 50,000 in annual manufacturing cost savings through process improvements in the outer race manufacturing area.
• Successfully launched six SKUs for Stellantis, two for Rivian and six for Ford.

Product Engineer at Mabe Refrigerators (2016-01 – 2018-05)

Refrigeration industry. Developed and implemented new projects through stages C1 to T6. Coordinated product requirements with the commercial team and released new part numbers through Windchill PDM.
