Prepare the production plan. Coordinate and indicate priorities to production staff. Provide delivery dates to the client. Attend weekly meetings with sales by teams meeting to provide updates re-schedules for sell orders.
Monitor daily production execution and achievements according to planning. Coordinate and monitor that shipments are fulfilled according to the scheduled dates. Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies.
Follow up on weekly meetings with the CSRs and supervisors to obtain and follow up on the different ongoing and upcoming projects. Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
