Manage the quality of the products conformance of requirements established by the customer under the following methods

Root cause analysis, Pareto and metrics presented to our clients, knowledge IPC-610, workmanship, 5s, ESD, 8D's, FMEA, QCP.
Personnel administration, working with the team with the different areas, new products introduction, purges of non-conforming material, daily meetings with the team, follow up on any discrepancies found, support for the production line, YIELD monitoring, carry out reports daily and weekly RTY, quality alert, R & R, creation of work instructions.
