I have strong operations management on CALL CENTERS. I have strong experience in customer service, setting up training programs according to client’s needs.

More than 15 Years of experience on Data entry and Call centers, responsible on Sales/Operations and Training departmens.

Strong computer skills on WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS, POWER POINT.
