I'm very grateful to say that these and more skills related to dealing directly with people; the knowledge in emergency protocols, safety and security procedures, aviation first aid, the correct use of emergency equipment in each aircraft, constant reading of the flight attendants manual, and in-flight service standards were acquire through my experience as a flight attendant of two comercials airlines.
This positions helped me to develop effective decision making in short periods of time, clear communication with the whole staff and with our clients. Also, it made me ensure of every passenger's and co-worker comfort and well-being. Both parties are an extension of me on each flight, requiring special attention and care. When it comes to my co-workers I’m usually very perceptive, see their strong areas and accommodate them in strategic areas, likewise I try to be a support for them.
This flight attendant skills coupled with my ability to smile with my eyes, my outgoing personality and my deep desire to continue growing and learning in aviation industry would make me an integral and consummate crew member.
