As a 1st generation Canadian, born of Latin American parents, fluency in English and Spanish was inherited. A valuable asset to companies such as Laseraway who provided extensive training to the highest standard.

At 37 years of age, a passion and love for the industry drove me to deliver services that are a cut above the rest. With over 8 thousand hours registered in similar branches such as retention, cold calling, and translation; performance and excellence are proper descriptions of the service you would get.
