Computer systems engineer with experience in back-end, front-end and UX/UI, I have participated in projects with different programming languages and integration of libraries in order to make quick and effective decisions in the management area. • I worked with the methodology Design Thinking in the course of the projects I participated.
• I gathered client's requirments and made interviews with potential users to understand their POV on the projects.
• I used techniques such as desktop research and benchmarking, among others, to define the user.
• I filtered and analyzed the information gathered from the belonged researches.
• I designed the design systems for the projects I worked on, as well as low-, medium-, and high-fidelity wireframes.

• I automated financial processes in the sales area, resulting in a concentrate of information that speeds up decision-making from 5 days to having it instantly.
• I was part of the first deployment of a self-service kiosk project for the insurance sector, reducing by 35% the assistance for procedures of any type after a year and a half.
• I worked with a German team developing a Query Builder that facilitates data filtering, reducing the searching time for information from an indeterminate amount of time to having the concentrated data immediately available for the implementation/distribution of political campaigns.
