Sobre mí
A professional baseball coach with 44 years of experience guiding and mentoring student-athletes, I bring a deep commitment to developing players to reach their highest levels of performance—both on the field and in their academic and personal lives. Focused on helping athletes build upon their existing strengths while developing new skills that enhance performance, discipline, and confidence. I have extensive experience teaching proper fundamentals, advanced techniques, and conditioning strategies that improve endurance and consistency.
More importantly, I pride myself on fostering an environment where student-athletes are supported, challenged, and prepared for success beyond baseball. A coaching philosophy that centers on competitive greatness, accountability, and growth. Emphasizing active listening, clear communication, and goal setting to help each athlete reach their full potential.
Passionate about developing leaders within a program—players who understand the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and effective communication. A strong emphasis on academics. Five decades of consistently working to build a culture that prioritizes academic excellence and supports student-athletes in achieving graduation and long-term success.
Seeks an opportunity to contribute to your program and help continue building a culture of excellence at your university
