One of the principal and biggest projects was for the Salinas Plant in MTY State México; I had to work very hard and made the change of all the old HP Switches and change for the new CISCO Switches in all the plant.
I implemented all the configurations in each one of the new CISCO LAN ACCESS SWITCHES, I made the proper change of IOS in each one of these, and the correct distribution on time for these. During these changes I had to make the proper management with each of the vendors to make these activities during the night and change as soon as possible the New Switches, this big project was a success, and we could make on time and quickly the changes.
All the Switches went back to the normality and working fine in the new CISCO Technologies; the Manager in the
Plant (Salinas Plant-MTY State); one of the largest cookie companies in the world was very happy with this change.
And the management with these new technologies was better than HP.
I have been working like a team leader during these activities and I was all the time the support in each site by the OSS Team, that they were all the time helping me to make all the activities that I could manage.
During this time, very complex and difficult projects have been carried out both in the long term and in the short term, but they have always been developed in the best way and have been very successful. Both my work and the leadership of my teams.
During this time I have been working with Meraki technologies With Meraki dashboard shows each access point and exactly which switch port it is plugged into.
