Responsible of ISO 13485 regulatory requirements for 2 locations within Mexico (Mexicali & Hermosillo); Developed high-performing teams by providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth in 2 locations (Mexicali and Hermosillo, MX). Strengthened internal controls by reviewing existing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
