My current job title is sales support. My position requires myself to provide excellent customer service and experience. The company I work for is a fine leather goods store, it is an elevated brand therefore professionalism and grace is of upmost importance when dealing with our clients.
Not only am I a sales support, but I mostly take care of our customers as they check out. Therefore, I am very familiar with our system's operations meaning creating ship to orders, pay by links, creating shipment labels, send sales, handling repairs, and many more.
Library Assistant at United Independent School District (2024-10- Present) My role as a Library Aide was supporting elementary students with the ages of 4 years old to 12 years of age in both classroom and library settings. I supervised class groups of up to 25 students, including children with special needs, while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and an engaging learning environment. My responsibilities included reading children’s books, planning and leading arts and crafts, creating hands-on educational activities, assisting students with schoolwork, and supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
I occasionally substituted in classrooms, managed daily routines and behavior, and worked closely with teachers to ensure students remained engaged and on task. In addition, I helped organize and set up school events, assemblies, and special programs, preparing materials and activities that encouraged creativity and participation. Through these experiences, I developed strong skills in classroom management, communication, organization, adaptability, and building positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
In addition, one of my greatest strengths was building positive, trusting relationships with students. I created an environment where children felt comfortable asking for help, expressing themselves, and staying engaged in learning while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Ultimately, through patience, empathy, and effective communication, I successfully redirected challenging behaviors, encouraged positive decision-making, and helped students develop confidence and respect for themselves and others.

Medications pt D Enrollment for United Health Care at united health care staffing (2017-10 – 2017-12) I would assist the client enroll their insurance plans into a prescription drug plan coverage, for the year of 2018. I would also assist our clients with any questions or concerns they might of had concerning prescription coverages, pharmaceutical pricing, eligibility, and location. This was a project concerning a three month period, which is called the enrollment period.
Consultant at ZALES, THE DIAMOND STORE (2016-09 – 2017-06) In my time with Zales the Diamond store, I provided our clients with the most exceptional and professional customer service. Not only did I provide delicacy and exceptional care with their investments but, helped create a milestone for many families that one day could become heirlooms. From baby's first pair of earrings, to promise rings, to engagement and wedding bands. I too, helped in the repair of any old family jewelry, rings or watches with care and grace. Rapport, while working in this industry was of upmost importance to myself. Considering, the items (family heirlooms and exceptional jewelry), our clients were investing in I made it of importance that out clients felt they could intrust myself and our company with their investments. I also, provided our clients with knowledge of our prestigious and exceptional diamonds, from cut to clarity and total carat weight.
Associate at Express (2015-10 – 2016-08) My responsibilities while working for Express, was to create exceptional guest experience. Being a sales associate, I had to create rapport and help our guests with any questions or concerns they had about our clothing or online ordering. I was also responsible for enlightening our guests with any promotions our store had to offer. I too, was a cashier, and helping our guests with any returns or exchanges, coupons, Express rewards, and online orders or returns.
