I feel very strongly about environmental projects, and I am sure that the most important thing is to listen, to understand, to include as many points of view as you can. The inclusion of a vast diversity of origins, lifestyles and cultures will help us to have around and enrich the program which can help and guide a greater group of people.

Planet Earth is not a single-diversity environment, on the contrary, it is as diverse as the universe is large. And if we want it to be really successful, we must always have this in mind for any company or project. My proven leadership, complex project management, goals and continuous process execution skills make me a great fit for any job that requires creativity and quick problem solving.

With high level of empathy, excellent stress management, well organized, administrative and office experience, proactive, analytic, never give up, always looking for ways to help others, patience and strategic planning.

The people and human skills I bring to my professional career while working with this great institution are essential to being a good leader, hard work, stress management, analyzing extremely difficult issues are skills that are always perfectible, and within the righ work environmen, I'm sure they will be tested to the max.

With almost 11 years of experiece in different types of industries and companies (big companie and start ups), I am confident that I am an excellent candidate for any management position because of three broad pillars of my professional career:

• Extensive compliance/enforcement experience. With more than 9 years in the regulatory field, I have developed a focused eye in the analysis of legal issues and give them an appropriate prompt resolution.
• My experience in public and governmental relations will be a key ability to deal with key stakeholders and refugees.
• My veterinary training, which gives me the experience to observe and analyze situations beyond the words and what's shown on the surface.
