•Coordination of activities related to the appropriate compliance with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements with union, adopt solutions with union representative and lawyers in relation to labor problems.
•Supporting employee relations issues and conduct basic labor investigations, minimizing the negative impact of employee complaints.
•Compliance and follow up with internal labor regulations, laws and company policies, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition.
•Administration of transportation, cafeteria and security services.
•Work closely with the business leaders to support business indicators around growth and retention.
•Implementation and follow-up to NOM-035
•Establish an environment that facilitates the attraction of personnel, builds on the culture, and ensures the development of the employees.
•Establish, monitor, and track succession planning.
•Organization of events and realization of agreements for the benefit of employees.
•Elaborate general training plan based on company requirements and legal accomplishments.
•Administrate onboarding training for newcomers.
•Assure legal accomplishments in training according with STPS.
