Supply Chain Management (Latin America): overseeing and managing various aspects of the supply chain end to end: Strategic Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Operational Excellence, Supplier relationship Management, Risk Management, Team leadership & Talent Development , Cost Reduction, Continuous improvement and Technology and Innovation adoption.
Distribution, WH & Customer Service: Operation and control of complex distribution networks (Distribution Centers WM SAP, Transport carriers TMS Internet, 3rd party logistic providers) T1 & T2. Outbound Logistics DRP Process, Customer Service Excellence, Supply Chain enhancement initiatives.
Logistics : ability to effectively manage logistics operations, drive process improvements, reduce costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success for diverse products categories. Production master plans (MPS & MRP II), Inbound Logistics (1200 + Materials), global sourcing analysis with impact in costs. Inventories control, coordination of Supply Chain innovation projects.
Procurement/Buying: Cost savings, Risk mitigation, and sustainability sourcing practices, strategic thinking, and the ability to align procurement activities with the organization's overall objective. Local and regional negotiations LatAm, according to commodities evolution, pricing protocols and formula costing. development of strategic sourcing strategies short/medium/long term. Cost Reduction Projects, Supplier Relationship Management for local and regional suppliers (LatAm).
Manufacturing: : Operational Efficiency, Quality Improvement, Production Expansion, Cost Reduction, Continuous improvement Cost Analysis and Budgeting
