I am currently a student of professional translation and interpretation (TIP), as a TIP student I have been able to develop professional writing skills, become familiar with high-profile documents, and have learned to handle types of international documents. I have worked in the administrative field for the last five years, in two different jobs. I have been in charge in the secretarial area, sending emails, closing deals, coordinating business trips.
In my most recent job I was in charge of offering technical support to clients, that helped me develop great problem-solving skill. I am responsible and professional, I quickly become familiar with processes, I have worked under pressure and can offer excellent results.

Vision Futura is a optical clinic, I was in charge of the administrative and logistics area, this clinic provides medical trips around the country, my job was to coordinate the trips, schedule them, find communities that needed this service, find accommodation and transportation for the doctors and assistants. I was also responsible for the sales consulting area, answering emails, and following up with clients.

TELUS International is a Canadian telecommunications company, I was in the technical support area, I provided customer service and support in the event of any technical failure, in addition to following up with certain clients, complying with metrics stipulated by the company. This job was where I grew professionally, and I was able to develop skills that I am sure will qualify me for this vacancy that I am applying for. While working for TELUS, they changed my schedule multiple times, my last schedule was from 7 am to 1:30 pm, it was a part time job.
