I am a specialist in resource mobilization, social investment, international cooperation, and strategic planning, with more than 15 years of experience working with NGOs, companies, foundations, governments, and international organizations mainly in Mexico and Latin America. I am the Founder and Director of Mar de Fondos Consultores, where I support organizations in developing sustainable financing strategies, partnerships, and initiatives that generate social and environmental impact.
Since 2017, I have led Mar de Fondos Consultores, accompanying more than 280 organizations and training over 12,500 people in resource mobilization, fundraising, social investment, project design, and strategic planning. My professional experience includes collaboration with organizations and institutions such as USAID, UN Women, UNHCR, IDB, and corporate foundations, as well as consulting, research, capacity building, and development of multi-stakeholder alliances across Latin America.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, a Master's degree in Economic Development and International Cooperation from BUAP, and a PhD in Strategic Planning and Technology Management from UPAEP. My academic work focuses on strategic planning, multi-stakeholder networks, social value creation, sustainability, and resource mobilization. I have also participated in research and teaching at the university level, including courses related to strategic foresight and organizational management.
