• Lead the architectural design and development of residential projects from concept through construction documentation and site supervision.
• Develop architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings, material palettes, moodboards, and client presentations.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project teams throughout the design and construction process.
• Manage design decisions, materials, project documentation, and construction execution across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Designed and developed 6 residential projects, including four houses of approximately 230 m², a 4-story residential apartment building of approximately 650 m², and a 6-story residential building of approximately 1,200 m².
• Projects include Jaspe, Alcatraz, Kamen, Guayacán, Vela, and Roble, all located in Veracruz, Mexico.

Architectural Design Assistant at Constructora Grupo Lazo (2023-09 – 2024-08)

• Developed architectural drawings, 3D models, façades, and interior design proposals for a large-scale mixed-use development.
• Participated in the design and documentation of a residential complex consisting of 3 apartment buildings with approximately 70 units each, surrounding a central park with multiple amenities.
• Designed and documented a 1,500 m² industrial warehouse adjacent to the residential development.
• Participated in the design and documentation of a 30-unit commercial plaza.
• Worked across residential, commercial, and industrial project typologies, contributing to different stages of architectural design and development.

Architectural Design Assistant at BACO Arquitectos (2023-01 – 2023-09)

• Participated in the architectural design and development of a residential project of approximately 250 m².
• Produced architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings for design presentations and project development.
• Participated in site supervision and construction follow-up for two residential projects of approximately 1,000 m² each.
• Assisted with design coordination and on-site review of architectural work.
