My name is Noemi Aguirre and I am a fashion retail product manager, I have worked for different retail companies that gave me the opportunity to learn different approaches and business models within the fashion and textile world.
I have been involved in the whole process: from trend scouting to the delivery of merchandise to the stores. Within this framework, I was responsible of international negotiations, pricing, budget and marketing activities among others.
I have traveled to different countries like China, India, Bangladesh and lead negotiation in those countries to find the right product for our target markets, give a great value for money to our customers and ensure sales increase and good revenue for the company.
I have worked the product assortment of different kinds of products like, fashion jewelry, teens & ladies apparel and footwear. My experience has been enriched also by the different types and natures of the enterprises I have worked for, I’ve worked for the largest super market chain in the world and also for fast fashion brands.

• Analyze and evaluate supplier quotations, KPI performance to determine the most desirable suppliers based on price, quality, experience, market stability and capabilities • Keep abreast of market intelligence and industry trends (materials, fit, target cost) using these insights to develop product plans and drive decision making for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Visual Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Imports, Sourcing) for store setup creations, managing a total of Specify 77 stores across Mexico.
• Developed new product assortment, and visual merchandising display for lady dresses category, which lead to a 20% sales increase from one year to the next.
