Coordinate workload with foremen and supervise the progress of each crew.
Supervise installation maneuvers of spools, valves and supports in accordance with engineering, isometrics and typical plans.
Supervise that the materials used in production agree with the engineering. Supervise welding works in accordance with WPS, ASME BPVC, B31 and AWS D1.1 codes.
Supervise works of: Torque, Hydrostatic Testing, Flushing, Drying and Inerting with Nitrogen Prepare Daily Report
Prepare Red Liens and edit Isometrics in AUTOCAD.
Prepare volumetrics. Prepare Site Technical Proposal.
Experience in welding processes of the following materials:
Carbon Steel: A36, A106, A333, A672 Stainless Steel: A304, A316, Alloys: A335 (P5, P11, P22)
Prepare Permits to Work, Prepare JSA
I have experience in Process, Power, Cryogenic pipes.
KEPLER, PIPING SUEPERVISOR APR/2024 – CURRENTLY WORKING. *ECA PLANT.
PANCOR / SAMSUNG , PIPING SUPERVISOR APR/2021 – FEB-2024 : *CATALYTIC PLANT, OLMECA REFINERY.
DIAVAZ / FIELD ENGINEER (PIPING) FEB/2018 – OCT-2020 : *OFFHSORE, MARINE PLATFORMS INSTALLATION AND PIPING INTERCONNECTION.
