2700 tons more than 160 molds with 520 MODs, 5 supervisors of production, with a high level of environment, responsible of maintenance, tooling and process department for injection molding
- Managed production planning and scheduling as well as workforce assets,
capabilities, manufacturing, and logistics, using lean manufacturing tools
- Responsible for maintaining and improving process performance in all areas of the manufacturing process measuring KPIs
- Improve production cost, product quality, and modify production inventory control program to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the plant.

Operation training, Support pilot events, responsible of run and rate on time, APQP execution, plant manning, meet capex targets, experience launching GM C1UC ip panel, K2XL K2XX doors and headliners, BMW G20 hard trim, Daimler MFA2 hard trim, Stallantis JC49 new program and refurbish IP panel and doors

- Develop and lead projects including creating new schedules for production areas,
material flow through Lean tools to increase cash flow

- Drive cost savings initiatives in the plant to support yearly directives and track progression
