I’m in the development area as a PM for four different projects. At the same time, I manage the workload planning for the maintenance of our products in the Web and Desktop Applications area. Since joining the company, I’ve taken on greater responsibilities. As soon as I started, I became a fundamental part of the company’s daily operations. I practice Agile methodologies in each of my projects.
