Responsible for Customer / Quality process control / Warranty reports / SGC IATF /Specific customer requirements, Quality Indicators in a plant and corporative environments, following new project lunches, QRQC system ,scrap control , Supplier incidents, Customer service in order to develop root causes, develop product audits and process audits. Responsible in order to obtain and maintain IATF certification.
Meggitt Aerospace (Polymers and composites): Oct 2017 – August 2019, Saltillo Coahuila Mexico. Quality Manager
Report directly to a Plant Manager and Meggitt corporative in direct report to the Quality Corporative Director and Launch Project Director. In charge of 5 direct engineers and 6 indirect quality team members.
Responsible for Customer / Quality control /Certifications (Nadcap/AS/GE), Quality indicators in a corporative environment, follow new launches projects, implementation new process inspection (UT/Balancing ,bonding and lay up Aerospace process. Lead and obtain certifications NADCAP/AS9001. Customer service in order to develop root causes analysis using different methods (8D’S, 5W, SHAINING), Warranty that our Quality system is following, responsible for DLA’s Meetings, maintain on control our (IPPM, DPMOS, FPY, FTQ), control of COPQ, in charge of Metrology lab including calibration process in special equipment’s, like Autoclaves /freezers (Thermal Survey process)

Improve the Injection mold process for Vanes without issues during 1.5 years,
Recover our Nadcap certification in 3 months’ certification loosed on 2017 by other administration, this certification eliminates a Sales cost cause without these certifications the shipments need to be recertified by customer in a cost of $10 thousand dollars per shipment. Certification obtained with two minor findings and three improvements opportunities, this certification maintained during the next three external audit process with no findings.
Was obtained a Certification on AS9100 without findings and certificate the plant during 3 years’ award certification.
Customer issues reduced in an 80% in comparison with 2017, and maintained until 2019 with customer indicators in green bellow 16 PPMS in a 12-month rolling.
Implement quality clinic and zero defects project on plant.
BorgWarner 10/2015 – 10/2017, Ramos Arizpe Coach. Mexico
Report to the Site Leader on Emission Plant. Manage at 6 Direct and 10 indirect quality members on emissions plant.
Customer / Quality Control/Quality culture /Quality Assurance in process, develop a quality culture on plant process (Ignition coils and Module process), Follow up the quality system (Ts -16949, BIQ ,ISO, VDA, Work direct with Program manager and Support the launches , Lead the launch projects in assistance whit our program managers (Lunches projects, FCA, GM, KIA,VW) , Customer service, develop the solving process involving different departments (8D, S RED X, 5W3L). Coordinates the manufacture of gages to review critical charts on process, Develop and follow Warranty process (Defects on parts reported on final customer Responsible for follow and update the Warranty issues report for customer 0 km or warranty for dealer reports )

Report directly to a Plant Manager, On Mexico plant Operation and contact directly with Woodbridge Canada group. Manage at 4 direct Quality Engineers, 4 Team leaders direct and indirect at 41 inspectors.
Responsible for all levels of Quality Control/Quality Assurance in manufacturing FIP AR & HR for Automotive Industry (Foam in Place).
Follow-up the Quality System (TS-16949),attend third party (Surveillance and Re- certification), Customer Service (Attend Audits), Developed plans to achieve strategic objectives in coordination whit other Managers in order to ensure planned objectives. Lead the company to continuous improvement through monitoring and reporting on performance metrics as well as creating and managing strategic focus teams for problem solving, coordinate the corrective and preventive actions.
