I am a professional with 16 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry with expertise in Engineering, Production, and Quality. I graduated with a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey; I have a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and a second master's degree in Business Administration and Management.

As Plant Manager, I am responsible for the performance and growth of the Monterrey compressor plant located on a 64,000 Sq.m land with an installed capacity to produce 5 million compressors per year.

Leader of the physical transformation of the factory in order to diversify the product portfolio. Coordinating the phase out and phase in of products and production lines. (Responsible for the implementation of a new line of 35M USD for the manufacture of compressors for natural refrigerants, redesigning the layout of the plant and implementing the project in a timely manner during the pandemic).

Accountable for the P&L of the plant

Implementation of routine management system using methods and tools of the WCM methodology.
