Activities: Management and integration of master data through Workflow operation in the different programs of the company by processes (SAP Fiori, SQL, STICC, Tableau). Also provided support and service to internal customers in LATAM.

Principal tasks

• Training for the different departments involved in capturing customer information.
• Creation and supervision of new quality rules with the Data Governance and IT departments.
• Ensuring the quality of new customer information (Quality Rules).
• Provide support to the different areas involved in the costumer creation process. (Go to Market & credit department)
• Presentation of results to managers and areas involved (every month).
• Daily report of the flow of Workflows by country

Personal and team achievements: Participation in the homologation project of master data LATAM- Mexico, which resulted in a decrease of 50% in cycle times in costumer creations / modifications of WF LATAM countries.
