• Contributed to raising automation pass rate from ~65% to 100% on a legacy in-house framework, clearing accumulated technical debt while serving as QA point of contact across compressed release cycles.
• Refactored legacy automation across high-risk modules, eliminating flaky tests caused by async timing and replacing brittle implicit waits with deterministic assertions, restoring reliability across release-critical workflows.
• Authored the user stories, functional requirements, traceability matrices, and workflow maps that serve as structured context for an AI/agent-driven E2E testing pipeline, then reviewed and validated the agent-generated test output.
• Rebuilt the suite's coverage in Playwright and TypeScript during a team-wide framework migration, authoring 90 specs across 11 feature domains on a three-layer page object architecture of 141 components, and designing a parallelized CI execution model with isolated environments for destructive test flows.
• Reported 180+ defects across manual and automated testing, two thirds filed as high-priority functional breakage with no workaround, including one in a core workflow that had gone undetected for three years.
• Authored 150+ test cases and executed 100+ manual regression cycles across seven releases, combining exploratory and requirements-based coverage to surface untested edge cases before each sign-off.
