Sobre mí

I've spent the last 8 years building and running logistics operations inside large, matrixed organizations Google, Uber, Amazon, and Mattel always sitting at the intersection of warehousing, transportation, and cross-border trade. What I bring is a full-stack view of the supply chain: I've negotiated 3PL and carrier contracts, owned distribution and logistics budgets end-to-end, and managed customs compliance across international shipments. I like operating in matrixed, multi-country environments where the answer isn't obvious and I have to build the process myself and I've consistently turned that into measurable cost-to-serve improvements, from a 40% logistics cost reduction at Uber to $1M in annual savings at Amazon.

I'm equally comfortable in a boardroom conversation about network strategy and on a call resolving a customs hold that's about to miss a delivery window.

  • Built and coached a 25-person team of coordinators, setting clear expectations and giving direct feedback that raised the consistency of the work coming out of the group.
  • Worked closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service so that logistics decisions weren't made in a vacuum translating operational constraints into terms the rest of the business could act on.
